1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Regal Scepter website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Regal Scepter provides custom AI automation consulting, design, development, and deployment services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are agreed upon separately in a written agreement or statement of work between Regal Scepter and the client.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of all custom deliverables built specifically for their engagement. Regal Scepter retains ownership of any proprietary frameworks, tools, or methodologies used in the delivery of services.
4. Guarantee
Our results guarantee applies to engagements where mutually agreed-upon benchmarks have been established in writing prior to project kickoff. Guarantee terms are outlined in the individual client agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
Regal Scepter's liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the total fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
